Where did the time go?

So it has been FOREVER... and in that FOREVER, I graduated, moved back to Houston, spent 4 weekends in a row away from Houston, went dove hunting for the first time, went to a couple weddings, did several cake tastings, decided on a baker, GOT A PUPPY, and all the while tried to adjust to the Texas heat.  I have so much to write about, and don't have time to go into detail right now, but am determined to start making time for the blog.  After all, I started so enthusiastically, and quite abruptly fell off the bandwagon.
